Each User may hold only one registered Account on ze22. Operating multiple Accounts — whether personally or through proxies — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
Employees, contractors, directors, officers and agents of ze22 — and members of their immediate families or households — are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on the Platform.
To access the full range of ze22 Services, you must complete the registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ze22 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

As part of ze22's compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling requirements, all Users must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed and before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

You must never alter, crop, obscure or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.
ze22 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle, including source-of-funds declarations, where AML risk indicators or regulatory obligations require it. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
ze22 accepts deposits via payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of deposit. The cashier may reflect familiar Pakistani payment channels, which are referenced for contextual familiarity only. Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are used as familiar references for Pakistani users — they do not imply endorsement, affiliation or confirmed availability unless displayed as live options in the cashier.
ze22 accepts cryptocurrency deposits including BTC (Bitcoin) and USDT (Tether) where displayed as live cashier options. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network. Users are responsible for sending the correct asset to the correct wallet address. ze22 is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the cashier once KYC verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
ze22 reserves the right to void and reclaim any withdrawal where the associated winnings were derived from fraudulent activity, software errors, system faults, or exploitation of promotional terms contrary to their stated conditions.
ze22 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings become withdrawable as real money. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and game contribution percentages will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement must be wagered a total of PKR 1,00,000 before withdrawal eligibility is met.
ze22 does not permit bonus abuse. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; wagering on opposing outcomes to minimise risk artificially; exploiting system errors; and coordinating with other users to abuse promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, real-money balances forfeited and the account permanently closed.
ze22's multi-tier loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) awards points based on qualifying wagering activity. Tier thresholds, point earn rates, tier benefits and redemption conditions are published on the Platform. ze22 reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time upon reasonable notice.
All bets and game rounds placed on ze22 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each bet type and game. These rules are accessible within the relevant sportsbook market or game interface. The following general principles apply:

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ze22 is licensed to operate. ze22 does not hold a licence from the Government of Pakistan, PTA or any Pakistani provincial body. Users in Pakistan are reminded that local gambling restrictions may apply independently of these Terms.
